How Our Consignment Auction Works

Contact Mark Easter to consign items. We will personally inspect the item(s) selling, take pictures and/or a video of the item and post it to AuctionTime.com (or EquipmentFacts for simulcast live auctions). You will sign a Personal Property Auction Listing Agreement either physically or electronically. The Listing Agreement outlines the fees and commissions, when they become due, due diligence, and when you can expect payment for your item(s). We recommend listing your equipment at least one month prior to the auction date to ensure ample marketing time. Easter & Associates acts as a marketing agent only. All warranties, guarantees, and representations are between Buyer and Seller. Easter & Associates, Inc. does not guarantee performance by Buyer or Seller.
